Basmati White Rice in Pressure Cooker

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Optional: garlic
  • Optional: vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine rice, water, and salt in the pressure cooker.
  2. Add garlic and vinegar if desired.
  3. Pressure cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Allow the pressure to naturally release for 5 minutes.

Notes

Adjust the amount of water for different rice textures.
