- 1 cup of rice
- 1 1/4 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Optional: garlic
- Optional: vinegar
Instructions
- Combine rice, water, and salt in the pressure cooker.
- Add garlic and vinegar if desired.
- Pressure cook for 3 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to naturally release for 5 minutes.
Notes
Adjust the amount of water for different rice textures.
