Steak Trinchado

Ingredients
- 500g Steak (Ribeye, sirloin...)
- 1 French Loaf
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 Onion
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 60ml White Wine
- 250ml Beef Stock
- 3 tablespoons Nandos Peri Peri Sauce
- 125ml Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
- Marinade steak in soy sauce for a few hours.
- Fry onion then add garlic and tomato paste.
- Add ~60ml white wine and cook it off for a bit.
- Add beef stock and bring the sauce to the boil.
- Add bay leaf, Nandos Peri Peri, Worcestershire sauce, and cream.
- Thicken the sauce with flour if needed.
- Cook the steak and cut it into cubes, then place the steak in the sauce.
- Serve with French loaf for dipping.
