
Ingredients
- 500 g Mince
- 4 Rolls
- Smokey Mayo
- Cheese Slices
- Tomatoes
- Caramelized Onions
Instructions
- Split the mince into 4 balls; don't work the mince.
- Toast the buns and set aside.
- Place 2 balls in a ripping hot pan and press down -- season with salt and pepper.
- After like 30 seconds, flip the burgers and immediately put a slice of cheese on top.
- To assemble, mayo both sides of the bun, then place burger, tomato, and then caramelized onion.
