Smash Burgers

Ingredients

  • 500 g Mince
  • 4 Rolls
  • Smokey Mayo
  • Cheese Slices
  • Tomatoes
  • Caramelized Onions

Instructions

  1. Split the mince into 4 balls; don't work the mince.
  2. Toast the buns and set aside.
  3. Place 2 balls in a ripping hot pan and press down -- season with salt and pepper.
  4. After like 30 seconds, flip the burgers and immediately put a slice of cheese on top.
  5. To assemble, mayo both sides of the bun, then place burger, tomato, and then caramelized onion.
