Apricot Pork Ribs

Ingredients

Ribs

  • 1 kg Ribs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Optional dry rub

Sauce

  • 200 g Apricot Jam
  • 100 ml Soy Sauce
  • 50 ml Sriracha
  • 50 ml Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Remove the silver skin from the ribs. Rub the dry rub on the ribs if you have one, then wrap the ribs in foil.
  3. Place the ribs in the oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  4. Once cooked, open the tin foil and baste the ribs under the broil until they have a thick layer of sauce.
  5. Enjoy 😋

Notes

For a spicier kick, add more Sriracha to the sauce. Adjust the cooking time based on the size of the ribs.
