Ribs
- 1 kg Ribs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Optional dry rub
Sauce
- 200 g Apricot Jam
- 100 ml Soy Sauce
- 50 ml Sriracha
- 50 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Remove the silver skin from the ribs. Rub the dry rub on the ribs if you have one, then wrap the ribs in foil.
- Place the ribs in the oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Once cooked, open the tin foil and baste the ribs under the broil until they have a thick layer of sauce.

Notes
For a spicier kick, add more Sriracha to the sauce. Adjust the cooking time based on the size of the ribs.
